Europe and the U.S. are getting into fusion bed together, and it would be totally unfair to criticize this international effort for a lack of creative acronyms, because they are truly doing some of the most honorable and essential technological development in the world. Consider how many of the world’s diplomatic conflicts and actual wars and the general cross-border bitchiness of nations can be attributed to securing energy resources? I have no idea the actual number, but a cursory overview of any serious news source would indicate that it’s, you know, a lot.
