This is a good article with lots of information, but “autonomous” may not be the technically correct description – yet. By design and technological necessity, most currently employed systems and those being proposed are more like highly destructive RC cars/planes.
While navigation and balance, etc. are often managed by software, war machines aren’t yet making their own tactical decisions – again – yet.
