• Asian Women Want to be White. Er. White(r). Japan’s got Tech for That.
Well, since the JTFF couldn’t be excreted Friday night, the Saturday scraping has led to an entirely new realm of tech coverage: beauty products and makeup! Yay! To address to the heading up there, the part where Asian women want to be white, it’s not about beefing up the ambient obesity levels and getting more corporate jobs and raising the glass ceiling and stuff, it’s about literally becoming whiter in color – and the Asian-made products that do a whole lot of that are gaining in popularity around the world. Sure, it’s not all about being whiter, it’s about smelling pretty and balancing skin tones and shit (balancing toward white). Women are weird animals. Anyway, there’s very little reason to read the reference piece here, just know that Japan’s and the rest of Asia’s makeup tech proliferateth around the world, but, unfortunately, the diet and lifestyle habits of Asian women have yet to make a dent on Whitey’s statistically fatter ass. Which is sad. Lastly, not that there are any ladies among Anthrobotic’s ~7 regular readers, but just in case, or just in case the Special Seven have a lady friend to inform, or ladyish dude friend who’s into makeup, Anthrobotic would like you to remind the makeup-user in your life that most beauty products are made from animal fat, seminal fluids, anal gland excretions, and koala lard. And maybe cocoa butter.
